By clicking "Agree", registering, beginning to use, and/or continuing to use our products and services, you agree to comply with all of the provisions below. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove terms of this Agreement at any time in response to changes affecting us, our users, or the market. We will notify you of changes through an in-app pop-up or another appropriate method. If you do not agree with a modification, addition, or removal, you may stop using our products and services. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of all revised terms, and you may not request compensation or damages on that basis.
1. Our Services
The specific content of our products and services is provided according to actual circumstances and may include software (apps), email, and the posting of personal comments. We reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate some or all of our online services at any time. We may charge fees for certain products or services and will clearly disclose those fees on the relevant pages. If you do not agree to pay the fees, you cannot access the corresponding products or services. You should use genuine software to access our online services. You may obtain it directly from our website or from an authorized third party. Products or services obtained from an unauthorized third party will be treated as unauthorized; we cannot guarantee their proper operation, and you bear any resulting losses. You have the right to monitor whether we and our staff provide products and services in accordance with our published standards.
2. Accounts and Passwords
Prohibited registration practices include using the real name, courtesy name, stage name, or alias of Party or state leaders or other well-known public figures; impersonating a person or organization or using a name that falsely represents or misrepresents an association with them; registering uncivil, inappropriate, discriminatory, insulting, or obscene names; and registering names likely to cause ambiguity or misunderstanding. Users must not post unlawful information or images that oppose the fundamental principles established by the Constitution; endanger national security, disclose state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity; harm national honor or interests; incite ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermine ethnic unity; undermine state religious policies or promote cults or superstition; spread rumors, disrupt public order, or undermine social stability; disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incitement to crime; or insult or defame others or infringe their lawful rights. Account security: you must not make your account available to anyone else by any means, including gifting, lending, renting, transferring, buying, or selling it. Anyone using your account will be treated as you, and their actions will be treated as your actions, for which you are fully responsible. You are responsible for the loss, disclosure, unlawful use, or unauthorized use of your personal information, account, or password, and any resulting consequences, where caused by your failure to safeguard them or by other circumstances not attributable to us.
3. Account Deletion
We provide a complete account deletion function. To guard against account theft, we need to verify your ownership of the account. You may need to supply supporting materials such as personal information, account status, or historical records. Account deletion is irreversible. Once you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize the associated information unless laws or regulations require otherwise.
4. Scope of Liability
We provide only the following limited warranties for our products and services, replacing any other express or implied warranties, if any, in documentation, packaging, or other materials. We provide the relevant products, software, programs, and support services "as is" and warrant only that our products and services substantially meet our formally published requirements and service commitments. Within commercially reasonable limits, we will make efforts to resolve problems encountered while providing products and services. You expressly agree to use our products and services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages or claims.
5. Termination of Services
Users may suspend services at any time according to their circumstances. If a user objects to any proposed service terms or subsequent changes, or is dissatisfied with Music Lab's user services, the user may terminate Music Lab's services only through the following means, and Music Lab assumes no additional liability.
